Happy Valentine’s Day!
Who doesn’t love a holiday that involves chocolate? And if you don’t have a partner- remember February 15th is half priced candy day.
Here’s to snuggling up with a good book this holiday. Some of my favorite reads recently include:
The Gentleman from Moscow is for you if you like stories set in historical settings.
If you are wanting to celebrate Valentine’s day with a creepy thriller- you might enjoy
The Sistrs by Claire Douglas:
Looking for a sweet (and funny!) middle-grade story? Check out Crushing It by Joanne Levy:
If you also enjoy writing, you might like Don Maass’ newest craft book- Emotional Craft.
I’m excited to announce that I’ve turned in my next book. It’s called THE HANGING GIRL. It will be out in October- but you can add it to your to-be-read list on Goodreads now.
Or if you really want to make my day- you can pre-order it now on Amazon.
I’m involved in the Creative Women’s Summit coming up starting February 13th. This is an online conference bringing together women who are creative in a wide range of areas (writing, games, crafts etc.) talking about how you can focus on your passion. I’ll be doing a session on giving yourself a writer’s self-evaluation, and there are also talks on everything from visual mapping, branding, creating podcasts to not letting negativity get in your way.
Best part? You can attend the sessions for FREE! There’s an option to upgrade to a paid VIP ticket- which gives you all sorts of extra benefits as well. If you’ve been wanting to jump start your creativity- this is for you.

You can also see me in person in Bellingham March 31st at the Chanticleer Conference.
